The ANZ website contains the following tabs:
Step 1. Log in to ANZ Internet Banking
Step 2. Click on 'Investments' located on the left hand side menu
Step 3. Read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDF 880kB)
Step 4. Click 'Apply' to launch the online application form.

There are no paper forms, nor signatures required.
Depending on when you apply, the account may be set up instantly or later that same business day. If applying on weekends or public holidays, accounts may be delayed in setting up until the next business day.
Once set up, your account will appear on ANZ Internet Banking and you are ready to go.
If you don't have access to ANZ Internet Banking, please call 13 33 50 or visit your local ANZ branch.
