| What is Full Buildings Replacement (FBR)? |

Rather than asking you to estimate the value of your buildings, the replacement value of your buildings will be automatically calculated at today's prices. This means that your buildings will be rebuilt including the subsequent costs, if they are totally destroyed in an insurable event and your claim is accepted. Cover includes alternative temporary accommodation costs1, architects, surveyors and legal fees, as well as demolition and removal of debris costs |

Your contents away from the home, outside Australia and New Zealand are covered for up to 120 consecutive days and up to 25% of the sum insured or $15,000 (whichever is the lesser). Your valuables away from the home are covered up to a total of 25% of the contents sum insured and specified valuables are covered up to their specified sum insured. |

If you are 50 years or over, you are eligible for a 10% discount and extra benefits. These include cover for fractures as a result of an accident that occurs at your home and increased coverage for funeral and vet expenses.2 |
