Please use the ANZ Discharge and Variation Authority (PDF 400kB) when requesting a security discharge or variation.

The ANZ Discharge & Variation Authority form captures all discharge/variation scenarios including the following:
• Sale
• Partial release
• Nil debt (loan repaid)
• Refinance
• Internal ANZ refinance
• Swap
• Non-Settlement variation
• Section 27 (Victoria properties only)
• Change to previously submitted request
