The winner of the Money magazine Home Lender of the Year award offers competitive products in each of the most common mortgage categories for Australian home owners.
Residential includes fixed-rate mortgages. Revolving line-of-credit products and even packaged mortgages are all taken into account. Scores in each category (fixed and variable mortgages plus line-of-credit facilities) determine total points. Six-month historic AAPR rates were used in the ratings.
