We're currently experiencing a technical difficulty that is impacting our ability to process ATM transactions.

We're working hard to resolve this quickly, but at the moment:

  • You won't be able use our ATMs
  • You may be unable to complete transactions on your ANZ card at ATMs.

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

ANZ Cardholders within Australia - what you can do

If you are unable to complete a transaction on your ANZ card:

  • You may be able to complete a cash advance transaction at participating merchants;
  • If you have a credit or debit card with another financial institution, you may wish to consider using that card. Please check the terms and conditions of the other financial institution if fees and charges apply.

Please note: ANZ Travel card and ANZ Prepaid Cards are not affected, transactions should process as normal on these cards.

ANZ Cardholders outside Australia - what you can do

If you are unable to use your card at an ATM or complete a transaction on your ANZ card:

  • If you have a credit or debit card with another financial institution, you may wish to consider using that card. Please check the terms and conditions of the other financial institution if fees and charges apply.
