These protection measures are to ensure that your password, account details and other sensitive information are not accessed by an unauthorized person. | Can I allow other people to access my ANZ accounts using ANZ Internet Banking? |

To protect your personal information and your money, you must not allow other people to access your personal ANZ accounts through ANZ Internet Banking using your User ID.

| Can I allow my employees to access my ANZ accounts using ANZ Internet Banking? |

Business customers (i.e. the account holder is an entity), may authorise someone known to them, usually their employees, access to their ANZ Internet Banking linked accounts as an authorised user. The account holder must also nominate whether that person will be given 'value' or 'non value' access.

For assistance, call the ANZ Internet Banking Support Centre, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, (call rates may apply for mobile and payphones). International callers (international call rates may apply) please call +675 321 1079, 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Remember, you have three attempts to enter your ANZ Internet Banking password. If you forget your password, or enter the wrong one too many times your access will be disabled and you will need to call the ANZ Internet Banking Support Centre on 321 1079 to restore your access. |
