- Select 'Edit' menu from the tool bar
- Select 'Preferences' option
- Select the + next to the 'Advanced'
- Select 'Cache'
- Click on 'Clear Memory Cache' and 'Clear Disk Cache'
- Select OK

To enable these changes, please close your browser window (you do not need to break your internet connection) and launch Netscape Navigator/Communicator (by clicking on the Netscape Navigator/Communicator icon from your desktop). Then proceed to www.anz.co.nz.
