- Click on the 'Security' padlock icon from the tool bar
- Select the 'Navigator' option
- Scroll down to the 'Advanced Security (SSL) Configuration'
- Ensure the following options are ticked:
- Enable SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) v2
- Enable SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) v3
