• Step 3: Advanced Settings
• Step 4: Your Internet Connection
• Step 5: Clear History and Temporary Internet Files
• Step 6: Close and reopen your browser

• Select 'Tools' from the browser menu bar.
• Select 'Internet Options' from the drop down list.
