Getting started with ANZ Internet Banking is easy. Simply follow the three steps below to register and begin using ANZ Internet Banking.

Step One - You need an ANZ Japan account

In order to use ANZ Internet Banking you need to be an ANZ Japan customer. If you are already an ANZ Japan customer, please skip this step. If you are an ANZ customer in another country, please visit the appropriate ANZ website for more information.

To apply for an ANZ Japan account, please contact your local ANZ branch.

Step Two - Register

If you are registering as an individual, please refer to the personal customer information. To register a business, please refer to the business customer information.

International callers dial +65 6506 1500 (international call rates may apply).

Personal customers

To register for ANZ Internet Banking you must complete the Personal Registration Form (PDF 212kB). You can download the Personal Registration Form from this website, or collect it from your local ANZ branch.

Once you have completed the form, please take or send the original to your local ANZ branch.

We will then process the registration. Within a few working days we will send you a letter confirming your initial User ID, and instructions on how to activate your access.

Business customers

To register for ANZ Internet Banking the business must complete the Business Registration Form (PDF 192kB).The Authorised Users who are authorised by the business account holder to access ANZ Internet Banking must complete separate Business Authorised User Forms (PDF 192kB). You can download the required forms from this website, or collect it from your local ANZ branch.

Once the business and Authorised Users have completed the necessary forms, please take or send the originals to your local ANZ branch.

We will then process the registration. Within a few working days we will send the business and Authorised Users a letter confirming each Authorised User’s initial User ID, and instructions on how to activate ANZ Internet Banking access.

Step Three - Check your computer Settings

ANZ Internet Banking requires you to use Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0, or Firefox 2.0 for Windows XP or Vista with Java Script enabled, or Safari 3.0 for Mac OS X 10.5.

ANZ Internet Banking may not display correctly with screen resolutions less than 1024 x 768.
