RBS Asia Integration

Responsible for implementing integration plans to ensure a smooth transition of the six Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) businesses in Asia being acquired by ANZ.

He is responsible for the overall management of the integration in the six Asian markets where ANZ has acquired businesses from RBS.

Prior to leading the RBS Integration, Craig led ANZ’s business in 12 Pacific countries as CEO Pacific.

Craig has more than 20 years banking experience, starting with The National Bank in 1984 and then joining ANZ following its acquisition of The National Bank in 2003.

Craig has been involved in several executive roles including strategic planning, human resources, retail and business banking, as well as the successful integration of The National Bank and Countrywide Bank.

Craig also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Victoria University, New Zealand, and is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Nancy Wong is General Manager, Strategy & Marketing, Asia Pacific, Europe and America.

In this role Nancy is responsible for developing ANZ’s business strategy, both organic and acquisitions, and building ANZ’s brand across 14 Asian markets and 12 countries in the Pacific as well as Europe, America and the Middle East.

Nancy joined ANZ in 2009 from Standard Chartered Bank where she held various senior roles in Hong Kong, Los Angeles and Taipei. Immediately prior to joining ANZ, Nancy was Chief Operating Officer for Standard Chartered Taiwan.

Nancy is a graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Law School. She is married with one child.
