Enter the answers to your challenge question(s) and click the "Continue" button to proceed.

Take a moment to remember the questions and their answers and be sure that you haven’t spelled anything incorrectly.
When you are comfortable that you have chosen a personal question with an answer you can easily remember click "Submit".
You cannot change the question or answer after clicking "Submit".
Clicking "Submit" will complete the setup process and take you to the confirmation page.
Choose questions that are personal to you, ones that only you know the answers to and that aren’t easily guessed.
Your answer should be one you will easily remember in the future.
You cannot use the same answer for more than one question.
Answers are not case sensitive.
Be aware of spelling when typing answers - if there is a mistake it might contradict the answer you provide when the question is presented in the future.
Your challenge questions and answers are like a PIN or password. You should keep these secret and not disclose them to anyone. Don’t write them down or record them anywhere. If you don’t follow these instructions, you may be liable for any loss arising from an unauthorised transaction.
We will let you know if your answers do not match the answers you have previously set up.
