We know it's important to keep your information accurate so we've made it easy for you to update your business address and contact details online.

  • ANZ Internet Banking customers can change these details for accounts that are linked to ANZ Internet Banking
  • ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers can also change these details for accounts that are linked to ANZ Internet Banking for Business.

To update your business address or contact details:

  • Go to the "Profile" menu.
  • Select "Change business address/contact details".
Step 1 - Enter your phone numbers
  • Select the “Phone and email” tab
  • Provide your current phone numbers
  • Note: If you wish to delete a phone number, please call us on 13 13 14 (International callers: +61 3 9683 9999) 24 hours a day, seven days a week or visit any ANZ branch.
Step 2 - Update your email address
  • Select the “Phone and email” tab
  • Enter a valid email address into the "Email" textbox
  • If you don’t wish to receive promotional emails from us, ensure the checkbox is selected
Step 3 - Enter your business address
  • Select the “Address” tab
  • Under the “Business address” section:
    • Select your country
    • Select your state
    • Enter your street address using one or both of the Street Address textboxes.
    • Start entering your suburb and a matching list will appear. Once you’ve selected your suburb, the postcode will display automatically.
    • Note: Post Office Box or locked bag numbers won’t be accepted for business addresses
Step 4 - Enter your postal address
  • If your postal address is the same as your business address, you can skip this step
  • If your postal address differs, under the “Postal address” section of the "Address" tab:
  • Uncheck the “Same as business address” checkbox
    • Select your country
    • Select your state
    • Enter your street address using one or both of the Street Address textboxes
    • Start entering your suburb and a matching list will appear. Once you’ve selected your suburb, the postcode will display automatically.
Step 5 - Specify which accounts the address changes apply to
  • Unselect the accounts you don't wish to update

  • The address change will only be applied to accounts that satisfy the following criteria:
    • The account is solely in your name, or
    • You are a signatory on the account and the account requires only one person to authorise transactions.

Step 6 - Submit your request
Important notes
  • Please allow two to five bank business days for your changes to be processed.
  • If your request is urgent, please call the ANZ Customer Service team on 13 13 14 (International callers: +61 3 96839999) 24 hours a day, seven days a week or visit any ANZ branch.
  • In the event that you have taken out insurance on ANZ products, you will need to contact the relevant ANZ Insurance team to update your address details:
    • Home, landlords and travel insurance call 1800 062 660 (International callers: +61 3 9918 5605) between 8.00am and 8.00pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.
    • Mortgage protection and loan protection insurance call 1300 552 253 (International callers: +61 2 9848 6772) between 8.00am and 6.00pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.
  • If you are a third party signatory on your business account, we will not be able to update your address on the business account via ANZ Internet Banking or over the phone. Please visit your nearest ANZ branch to update your address.
  • The change will be applied to ANZ accounts that are solely in your name.

Can I change my address via ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes. You can update your address in one of the following three ways:

Option 1 - Via ANZ Internet Banking

Option 2 - Over the phone

  • You can contact ANZ Customer Service team on 13 13 14 (International callers: +61 3 9683 9999) 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to update your address and contact details.
  • Your details will be updated immediately.

Option 3 - Visit your local ANZ branch

  • You can also visit your local ANZ branch to update your personal and business address immediately.
  • If you are a third party signatory on your business account, we will not be able to update your address on the business account via ANZ Internet Banking or over the phone.
  • Please visit your local branch to update your address.
What do I do if I have to update my details immediately?

If you believe that your details need to be updated immediately, you can contact the ANZ Customer Service team on 13 13 14 (International callers: +61 3 9683 9999) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • For ANZ Internet Banking related enquiries, please contact the ANZ Internet Banking Helpdesk on 13 33 50 (International callers: +61 3 9683 8833) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
How long does it take for my updated details to appear in ANZ Internet Banking?

It may take up to five bank business days to update your details in ANZ systems.

If your request is urgent, call the ANZ Customer Service team on 13 13 14 (International callers: +61 3 9683 9999) 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or visit any ANZ branch.

Can I change my business address for accounts with multiple signatories?

No. The address for accounts requiring multiple signatures cannot be updated via an online request.

If the business account has multiple signatories you will need to contact ANZ branch for more details.

Why does my updated address not appear on my ANZ Share Investing account?

The address for the following accounts cannot be changed in ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business:

  • ANZ Share Investing accounts
  • Investment accounts (including Superannuation Savings accounts)
  • V2 Plus accounts
  • Statutory Trust accounts.
How do I change the address for my ANZ Investment account?

To change your address or update your contact details for ANZ Investment accounts (including Superannuation Savings accounts), please contact the ANZ Customer Service team for Investment accounts on:

  • Australian callers: 13 38 63  (Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 8.00pm AEST)

How do I change the address on my V2 Plus account?

To change your address or update your contact details for your V2 Plus account, please contact ANZ V2 Plus team on:

How do I change the address on my Statutory Trust account?

To change your address and contact details for Statutory Trust accounts, please visit your nearest ANZ branch.

How do I change the address on my ANZ Share Investing Account?

To change your address and contact details for ANZ Share Investing Accounts, please contact ANZ Share Investing team on 1300 658 355, between 8.00am and 8.00pm (Sydney time), Monday to Friday.
