Schedule multiple payments/transfers
Using ANZ Internet Banking you can easily schedule multiple payments and transfers.
- You can enter up to ten transfers or bill payments.
- These transfers and payments must be future dated.

Scheduling multiple payments and transfers is easy.
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "Schedule multiple payments/transfers" and follow the steps below.

Review all your information to ensure it is correct. If information is incorrect it may result in an unsuccessful transfer or the wrong payee, biller or account receiving funds.

| Step 6 - Confirm your transfers |

|
When you are happy with the information entered select "Confirm". This will complete the transfer and a confirmation message will display. ANZ Internet Banking for Business Operators can click "Request authorisation" to submit the multiple transfers and payments to the relevant Authorisers or Administrators for approval. |

When you are transferring money it is your responsibility to ensure the details you provide are correct. We do not check payment details. If payment details are incorrect it may result in an unsuccessful transfer or the wrong payee/biller/account receiving funds. | Do I need to link an account before I can use it to transact online? |

Yes. You can link your accounts to ANZ Internet Banking in one of three ways:
If you are an ANZ Internet Banking for Business customer, please download, print, complete and fax the maintenance form to request an account to be linked. |
| Can I schedule future dated payments? |

Yes. You can schedule future dated transfers or bill payments via the "Schedule multiple future payments/transfers" section under the "Pay and transfer" menu.

| Where can I see payments I've scheduled for future dates? |

The "Future payments/transfer" section under the "Pay and transfer" menu provides you with a summary of the transfers or bill payments you have scheduled via ANZ Internet Banking to be processed on a future date. |
| I need to delete a future dated transaction - how can I do this? |

You can delete future dated or recurring payments, transfers or bill payments via the "Future payments/transfers" page by clicking the "Immediately delete payment/transfer" link.

| Can I edit or delete a transfer I've schedule for today? |

|
You cannot cancel or delete immediate transfers or a scheduled payment/transfer to be processed today.

| How can I skip a payment from a recurring sequence? |

|
You can skip a future payment, transfer or bill payment from a recurring sequence via the "Future payments/transfer" page by clicking on the "Skip/un-skip next scheduled transfer" link.

| Can I edit a future dated transfer? |

|
No. You cannot edit a future dated transfer. However, you can delete the future payment/transfer via the "Future payments/transfer" page by clicking on the "Immediately delete payment/transfer" link.

| How long does it take a request to be processed? |
|---|
|
Pay Anyone transfers requested before 6.00pm (AEST) on a bank business day will be processed on the same day.
Bill payments requested before 6.00pm (AEST) on a bank business day will be processed on the same day.

| How do I know if my payments are successful? |
|---|
|
Whenever you confirm a payment/transfer you'll see a lodgement number and a receipt number. The receipt number confirms that the payment has been submitted successfully. For scheduled payments, you can check the status and the receipt number via the "Past payments/transfers" page. For unsuccessful payments, the status will show as failed. You can also check the details of the payment to find the reason the payment failed. |
| Are there fees for transferring to other people's accounts? |

There is no fee/charge for Pay Anyone, transfer between accounts or BPAY® payments. However, if you use all of your free withdrawals from your accounts for the month, normal excess transaction fees and government charges may apply.

| Can I make a bill payment with my ANZ Credit Card? |
|---|
|
Bill payments from your ANZ Credit Card can be processed as either a purchase or cash advance. This is dependent upon how the biller is set up with the BPAY® billing service. The biller has the option of accepting a credit card as a method of payment.
