Pay my ANZ Credit Card
We make it easy for you to pay your ANZ Credit Card online.
- Choose the linked account to pay your ANZ Credit Card from.
- Then choose to make a one off payment or recurring credit card payments.
- You can also pay your ANZ Credit Card using either our Pay BPAY® bills or transfer between my accounts services.
Remember the ANZ Credit Card account you wish to pay must be linked to your ANZ Internet Banking.

The "Pay ANZ Credit Card" is a facility available in ANZ Internet Banking, which allows you to arrange regular payment to your ANZ Credit Card on the due date or at regular intervals from one of your linked accounts. |
| Why does my ANZ Credit Card not appear in ANZ Internet Banking? |

If your ANZ Credit Card that you wish to pay is not displayed, you may perform one of the following three options:

| How can I differentiate between two cards of the same account name? |

|
If both your credit card accounts appear with the same name and it is difficult to differentiate between the two, you may use the "Rename and reorder account list" facility available on the "View Accounts" page to rename your accounts differently. |
| Can I make a regular payment from a non-ANZ account? |

|
You can make regular payments to an ANZ Credit Card from a non-ANZ account. But this cannot be set up on ANZ Internet Banking. You need to set up a direct debit or CardPay Direct for this. You can download the required form via ANZ Internet Banking too. For Cardpay Direct set up:

| What is my monthly account statement? |

Your monthly account statement shows the transactions made on your ANZ Credit Card during the statement period.

| What is a credit limit? |
|---|
|
The credit limit is the amount you have been approved to spend on your credit card.
|
| Can I pay a lump sum for my minimum payments and then nothing for a while? |

|
No. At least the minimum monthly payment needs to be paid each month to your credit card account.

| If I set up "Pay ANZ Credit Card" when will the automatic payment be made? |
|---|
|
With "Pay ANZ Credit Card", the credit card payments will be made on the due date. |
| If I manually pay my card's balance, will my automatic payment still be made? |

Yes. If you have set up an automatic payment via the "Pay ANZ Credit Card", these payments will be made irrespective of whether you make other payments to your credit card account.
If you exceed your allocated credit limit, you will incur an over-limit fee.

| I had sufficient funds in my account on the due date but the payment failed. Why? |

When you request any automatic payment or regular payment via ANZ Internet Banking, please remember that cleared funds must be available in your account by 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day before the scheduled payment date. Otherwise your payment will be unsuccessful. |

- When you request a monthly payment, please remember that cleared funds must be available in your account at 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day before the scheduled payment date or your payment will be unsuccessful.
Immediate payments submitted before 10.00pm (AEST) on a bank business day are processed on that day, but if submitted after 10.00pm (AEST) or on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next bank business day.
- To delete a future dated transfer, go to future payments/transfers. Payments must be cancelled or deleted prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to payment.
- You cannot delete or cancel an immediate payment or payment to be processed today.
To pay your ANZ Credit Card:
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu
- Select the "Pay ANZ Credit Card" option and follow the steps below.
Alternatively you can:
- Go to the "View Accounts" page.
- This is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking.
- If you cannot locate it go to the "Accounts" menu and select "View Accounts".
- Select your credit card account by clicking on the account name.
- Then click the "Pay ANZ Credit Card" link at the top of the page and follow the steps below.
Please note that this pay credit card function is not the same as CardPay Direct, and different rules apply.
