Edit a Pay Anyone payee
Your Pay Anyone payee list comprises of the recipients you have saved in order to make Pay Anyone payments to them. If a recipient's details change you can easily edit them.

Editing a Pay Anyone payee is easy.
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "Pay Anyone".
- Click the "Edit payee list" link and follow the steps below.
Alternatively you can:
- Go to the "Update details" menu.
- Select "My Pay Anyone payee list" and follow the steps below.

To edit a payee, ensure the relevant payee is selected, using the radio buttons under the "Select" column and click the "Edit payee" link.

| Step 2 - Make your updates and click "Save" |

Your payee details will then be updated. |
| Why can't I edit my payee? |

You cannot edit a payee if there is a future or recurring payment scheduled for that person.
If you wish to delete a future dated or recurring payment, the request must be lodged with ANZ Internet Banking prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the payment date. |

| What information do I need about the payee to save them? |

If you want to save a payee's details in your Pay Anyone payee list all you need is their account details including BSB number (six digit number), account number and account name and enter a description of the payee.

| What if the payee's details change? |

If the payee's bank details change in future, you can easily edit the payee by going to the "Biller and Payee List" section of the "Update Details" menu.

| Can I delete a payee? |

Yes. You can delete the payee from the Pay Anyone payee list any time.
Please note that you cannot delete a payee if there is a future or recurring payment scheduled for that person.
If you wish to delete a future dated or recurring payment, the request must be lodged with ANZ Internet Banking prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the payment date. |
