Your BPAY® biller list is the list of billers you have saved in order to make BPAY® bill payments. It is quick and easy to delete a biller at any time.

  • Please remember you cannot retrieve biller details once they have been deleted from your biller list.

Deleting a BPAY® biller from your list is easy.

  • Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
  • Select "Pay BPAY® bills".
  • Click on the "Edit BPAY® biller list" link and follow the steps below.

Alternatively you can:

  • Go to the "Update details" menu.
  • Select "My BPAY® biller list" and follow the steps below.

The BPAY® biller list displays all of your saved billers.

Step 1 - Select the biller
  • Select the biller from your list using the radio buttons under the "Select" column.
Step 2 - Click the "Immediately delete biller" link
  • Once you click on the "Immediately delete biller" link the biller details will be deleted and the biller will be removed from your list.
  • You can re-add the biller at any time.
Important notes

Why can't I delete my biller?

You cannot delete a biller if there is a future or recurring bill payment scheduled for that biller.

  • For example, if you have recurring bill payments scheduled for a biller that biller cannot be deleted.
  • You must first cancel the pending future or recurring bill payments.

If you wish to delete a future dated or recurring bill payment, the request must be lodged with ANZ Internet Banking prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the bill payment date.

If I delete a biller can I retrieve their details later?

No. Once the biller has been deleted the details cannot be retrieved again.

  • You will need to re-enter the details again if you want to maintain it within ANZ Internet Banking.
Can I edit a biller's details?

Yes. Editing a biller is quick and easy.

  • Select "My BPAY® biller list" from the "Update Details" menu.
  • You can also access your biller list from "Pay BPAY® bills" page via the "Edit BPAY® biller list" button.

Once you have added the biller to your BPAY® biller list you may edit any of the biller details.

What if I have scheduled payments for a biller - can I delete the biller?

You cannot delete a biller if there is a future or recurring bill payment scheduled for that biller.

  • You must first cancel the pending future bill payments.

If you wish to delete a future dated or recurring bill payment, the request must be lodged with ANZ Internet Banking prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the bill payment date.
