| What transactions can I perform on ANZ Internet Banking? |

ANZ Internet Banking allows you to manage your everyday banking 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can make a range of payments and transfers online.

| Do I need to register to make certain transactions online? |
|---|
|
You need to register for certain facilities while others are activated automatically when you register for ANZ Internet Banking.

| Do I need to link an account before I can use it to transact online? |
|---|
|
Yes. You can link your accounts to ANZ Internet Banking in one of three ways:
If you are an ANZ Internet Banking for Business customer, please download, print, complete and fax the maintenance form to request an account be linked. V2 Plus customers: call the V2 Plus team on 13 28 33 between 8.00am and 8.00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday to get your V2 Plus accounts linked to your CRN. |
| How do I receive bills online? |

You can receive and view your bills online via the "View online bills" facility located in the "Pay and Transfer" menu. Here you can view a summary of your bills, view details of your bill in full, manage your bills and pay your bills. |
Making payments/transfers
| How do I transfer funds overseas? |
|---|
|
You can transfer funds overseas via the "International services" facility located in the "Pay and Transfer" menu. You'll need to have registered for Pay Anyone and your daily Pay Anyone limit will apply. You can transfer fund overseas via an international money transfer or an international draft. |
| Can I pay my bills online? |
|---|
|
Yes. You can pay your bills online via the "Pay BPAY® Bills" facility located in the "Pay and Transfer" menu. This service is activated by default when you register for ANZ Internet Banking.

| Can I transfer funds to a third party using ANZ Internet Banking? |
|---|
|
Yes. The "Pay Anyone" facility under the "Pay and Transfer" menu allows you to transfer funds to any Australian financial institution (bank, building society, credit unions) account.
Please note that you cannot transfer funds to a credit card account using Pay Anyone. |
| Where can I see payments or transfers I've made in the past? |

In the "Past Payments/ Transfers" facility located in the "Pay and Transfer" menu. This allows you to view and search your past ANZ Internet Banking payments and transfers, using the following criteria:
You can view details of your payments and transfers for the last 120 days via ANZ Internet Banking. For transactions prior to the last 120 days:

Future payments/transfers
| Can I schedule future dated payments? |

|
Yes. You can schedule future dated transfers or bill payments via the "Schedule Multiple Future Payments/Transfers" facility located in the "Pay and Transfer" menu. This page allows you to lodge up to ten payments which can be a combination of funds transfers, Pay Anyone transfers and BPAY® bill payments. |
| Where can I see payments I've scheduled for future dates? |

The "Future Payments/Transfer" facility located in the "Pay and Transfer" menu provides you with a summary of the transfers or bill payments you have scheduled via ANZ Internet Banking to be processed on a future date. |
| I need to delete a future dated transaction: how can I do this? |
|---|
|
You can delete future payments, transfers or bill payments via the "Future Payments/Transfer" page by clicking the "Immediately Delete Payment/Transfer" link.

| Can I edit or delete a transfer I've schedule for today? |
|---|
|
You cannot cancel or delete immediate transfers or a scheduled payment/transfer to be processed today. Transfers must be deleted prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the transfer date. |
| How can I skip a payment from a recurring sequence? |
|---|
|
You can skip a future payment, transfer or bill payment from a recurring sequence via the "Future Payments/Transfer" page by clicking the "Skip/Unskip next Scheduled Transfer" link.

| Can I edit a future dated transfer? |
|---|
|
No. You cannot edit a future dated transfer. However, you can delete the future payments, transfers or bill payments via the "Future Payments/Transfer" page by clicking the "Immediately Delete Payment/Transfer" link.

Miscellaneous
| How long does it take for the recipient to receive my funds? |
|---|
|
Transfers to third party ANZ accounts are processed overnight and available the following bank business day.
|
| How do I know if my payments are successful? |
|---|
|
Whenever you confirm a payment/transfer you'll see a lodgement number and a receipt number. The receipt number confirms that the payment has been submitted successfully. For scheduled payments, you can check the status and the receipt number via the "Past Payments/Transfers" page. For unsuccessful payments, the status will show as failed. You can also check the details of the payment to find the reason the payment failed. |
| Are there fees for transferring funds? |

There is no fee/charge for Pay Anyone, transfer between accounts and BPAY® payments.

| I have a query about a transaction I've made online - what can I do? |
|---|
|
You can check the details of the payment that you have made online via the "Past Payments/Transfers" facility in the "Pay and transfer" menu.
|
| I've entered the wrong account details when transferring money - what can I do? |
|---|
|
Once the payment is confirmed and is processed via ANZ Internet Banking, the payment cannot be deleted or cancelled.
