Our tax payments facility is a convenient way for businesses to make payments to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
- You will need the EFT code, located immediately above the barcode on your payment form.
- In some cases it may have been sent to you separately.

To make tax payments to Australian Taxation Office (ATO) online:
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "Tax payments" and follow the steps below.

Click on the "Continue" button on the bottom right to proceed with the payment.

Review all your information to ensure it is correct. If information is incorrect it may result in an unsuccessful transfer or the wrong account receiving funds.

ANZ Internet Banking for Business Operators can click "Request authorisation" to submit the transfer to the relevant Authoriser or Administrator for approval. |

No. You do not need to register for tax payments. You need to ensure that you have:

| Where can I find my EFT code for tax payment? |

The EFT code can be located directly above the bar code on your tax statement or may be sent to you separately.

ANZ can investigate any tax payment on your account that you believe was paid using the wrong details.

Tax payments made from your ANZ Credit Card can be processed as either a purchase or cash advance. |
| How do I stop future dated tax payment? |

If you wish to delete a future dated payment, the request must be lodged with ANZ Internet Banking prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the payment date. |
| Where can I see the details of past payments or transfers? |

You can get details of payments or transfers that you have done via ANZ Internet Banking within the last 120 days from the "Past payments/transfers" section under the "Pay and transfer" menu.

- You must ensure that the EFT Code is correct or your payment may be unsuccessful or may be paid to an unintended account.
- When you are transferring money it is your responsibility to ensure the details you provide are correct. We do not check payment details.
- If you have a query about a tax payment, please send us a SecureMail.
- When you request a future-dated payment/transfer, please remember that cleared funds must be available in your account at 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day before the scheduled payment/transfer date.
- All future-dated payments/transfers will be processed by ANZ on the date requested unless the payment date falls on a weekend or public holiday in which case the transfer will be processed on the next bank business day.
- Tax payments requested before 6.00pm (AEST) on a bank business day will be processed to your account on the same day.
- Transfers requested after this time may be processed on the next bank business day.
- The time that it takes for the Australian Taxation Office's account to be credited, will depend on the policy and systems of the Reserve Bank of Australia.
- You cannot cancel or delete immediate payments or a payment to be processed today.
- To delete a future-dated tax payment, go to "Future payments/transfers". Tax Payments must be deleted prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day before the scheduled payment date.
- If your enquiry relates to a transfer with a "Status Unknown" message, please call the ANZ Internet Banking team on 13 33 50 (International callers dial +61 3 9683 8833), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Tax payments from your ANZ Credit Card can be processed as either a purchase or cash advance.
- The resolution of a tax payment dispute takes approximately 21 days.
