Manage multiple transfer templates

Templates help you to easily create your multiple transfers. Once you have a template saved you can select it to populate your payments without the need to add the details for each payment individually.

You can easily add, edit, delete, copy or rename a template.

You can easily add, edit, delete, copy or rename a template.

The "Multiple transfers" function allows you to transfer funds between your linked accounts in two ways:

Create new multiple transfers: transfer funds to up to ten linked accounts at one time with a single debit to your selected business account.

Use previously saved template to make a multiple transfer: transfer funds to a maximum of 99 linked accounts at one time with a single debit to your selected business account.

This page provides the list of the multiple fund transfer templates that have already been created. The list includes the following details about each template:

  • Template type: displays "Fund Transfer" for multiple fund transfer templates.
  • Template name: displays the name given to the template at the time of creation.
  • No. of Accounts: displays the number of accounts in the saved template.
  • Value: displays the total amount of the payments in the saved template. This is the amount that will be debited from your chosen account when you use the template to make multiple transfers.
  • Last used: displays the date the template was last used to create a multiple funds transfers.
