Multiple transfers
Multiple transfers are only available to ANZ business customers. They are a convenient way to make multiple transfers between the ANZ accounts that you have linked to ANZ Internet Banking.
- The transfers are made with a single debit to one of your business accounts.
- If you are an ANZ Internet Banking for Business customer you can save a template of multiple transfers so you can re-use it another time.

| How many payments can be done at one time with the multiple transfers? |
|---|
|
The "Multiple Transfers" function allows you to transfer funds between your linked accounts in two ways:
|
| Can I make multiple transfers in ANZ Internet Banking for Business on my iPhone®? |
|---|
|
No. Currently ANZ Internet Banking for Business registration is not supported on iPhone®. |
| Why can an Operator user not see the new names I've given my accounts? |
|---|
|
Currently, any customisation made within ANZ Internet Banking for Business is specific to the user's Customer Registration Number only. Hence, you can see them but the other Authorisers or Administrators cannot see the changed names. Operators do not have the functionality to customise accounts within the registrations they use. So, they will only be able to see the generic account name while making payments/transfers. |
| Why is the status of my payment/transfer "expired"? |
|---|
|
Payments/transfers can expire in one of two ways:
If the status shows that the payment/transfer has expired, it cannot be authorised again. A new payment/transfer needs to be set up and authorised within the authorisation period. |
| Can I transfer funds between business accounts from different entities? |
|---|
|
No. The "Transfer between my accounts" function can be used to transfer funds between the linked accounts for the same entity only.
|
| Do transfers between business accounts need authorisation by a Security Device? |
|---|
|
| Can multiple transfers sent for authorisation with incorrect details be fixed? |
|---|
|
Yes. An Administrator or Authoriser can choose to "Send transaction for Repair" or "Reject" a payment/transfer. Any payment/transfer that has been sent for repair will appear in the repair queue and can be corrected and re-submitted for approval. |
| Does ANZ Internet Banking for Business have cut-off times for payments? |
|---|
|
Yes. The cut-off times are the same as those for ANZ Internet Banking.
|
| How long do transfers between my ANZ linked accounts with different CRNs take? |
|---|
|
In this situation the transfer needs to be done as a Pay Anyone payment so the balances will reflect the transfer in the debiting account in real time, but the funds will not be available in the receiving account until the next bank business day. This is a security requirement. |
