Unsuspend an Operator
Managing Operators is an effective way for ANZ Internet Banking for Business Administrators to monitor user activity and control Operator access.
If an Operator enters their password incorrectly three times they will be suspended from ANZ Internet Banking for Business for security reasons, and will need to be enabled again via ANZ Internet Banking for Business.

ANZ Internet Banking for Business Administrators can add and manage Operators online. To un-suspend an Operator:
- Go to the "Profile" menu.
- Select "Manage Users”.
- Select the Operator you'd like to enable.
- Select "Edit Access"
- Select "Enabled".
|Before you un-suspend the Operator|
|Step 1 - Confirm the change in status|
After clicking "Enabled" you'll be asked to confirm the un-suspension.
Once confirmed, the status for the Operator will immediately update from "Suspended" to "Enabled" and the Operator will be able to logon and perform transactions on ANZ Internet Banking for Business.

|I am an Operator and I've forgotten my password. What can I do?|
If you have forgotten your password and/or have tried to log on to ANZ Internet Banking with an incorrect password, your CRN will be suspended after three incorrect attempts.
|If the Operator gets their password wrong three times, what happens?|
The Operator's access to ANZ Internet Banking for Business will be suspended.
|Can the ANZ Internet Banking for Business team enable the Operators access?|
No. The ANZ Internet Banking for Business team cannot enable the Operator’s access to ANZ Internet Banking for Business.
|I am an Administrator. Why can't I enable the Operator's access?|
The Operators cannot be enabled if they have not been allowed access to any of the linked business accounts.
This means that if the access level in “Access” is not selected for a particular Operator, they cannot be enabled as they have no access to accounts.
|Can Operators get assistance over the phone?|

Since Operators are usually not signatories on the accounts, we will not be able to give them any account information.
