Lock or unlock an Operator
Managing Operators is an effective way for ANZ Internet Banking for Business Administrators to monitor user activity and control Operator access.
- A new Operator will automatically have a "Locked" status - this means that they cannot access ANZ Internet Banking.
- You can easily un-lock an Operator to allow them access.

ANZ Internet Banking for Business Administrators can add and manage Operators online. To lock or un-lock an Operator:
- Go to the "Manage Operators" menu.
- Select the Operator you'd like to edit, using the radio buttons under the "Select" column.
- Click either the "Lock Operator" or the "Unlock Operator" link, as appropriate and follow the steps below.

Once you have selected the Operator and clicked the relevant link you'll be asked to confirm your request.
Once confirmed the status for the Operator will immediately update to either "Active" or "Locked".

There is no system requirement to change password apart from the first time the Operator logs on.

If you delete or lock an Operator while they are still logged on to ANZ Internet Banking for Business, the changes will take effect immediately.
