- You can find out exactly what came into and out of your account by using our search transaction tool.
- It allows you to search through transactions from the past 120 days.

To search your transactions:
- Go to the "View Accounts" landing page. This is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking. If you cannot locate it go to the "Accounts" menu and select "View Accounts".
- Select your relevant account from the list by clicking the account name and clicking "Go". This will take you to the account overview of your chosen account. Then follow the steps below.

Click the "Search transactions" link at the top of the "Transaction history" tab.

| Step 2 - Enter the search criteria and click "Search" |

When you are happy with your search criteria click "Search". |

A list of your transactions will display, based on your search criteria.

If you want to print these details for your own records click on the "Print copy" icon in the top right corner.

For a V2 Plus account, you can search transactions for up to the last 90 days while for all other accounts you can search for transactions from the last 120 days. |
| What if a transaction was unsuccessful - will it still appear in my transaction list? |

No. Only the transactions processed successfully to your account will appear in the transaction list. |
| How can I search transactions from the past 60 days or 120 days? |

Click the "Search Transactions" link located on the "Transaction history" tab of the "Account Overview" page for any given account.

The transactions received today are shown under the "Recent" section on the "Transaction history" tab located on the "Account Overview" page. |
| What information does my transactions list show? |

The transactions tab shows the list of transactions carried out on a particular account for the date range selected. It lists the date a transaction was processed, description for that transaction, the debit or the credit amount and the balance after that transaction.

| Can I search transactions from before I registered for ANZ Internet Banking? |

|
Yes. For a V2 Plus account, you can access transactions from the past 90 days while for all other accounts you can access them from the past 120 days. This includes transactions completed before ANZ Internet Banking registration. |
| How can I see my full statement? |
|---|
|
You can only see transactions for a particular account via your ANZ Internet Banking. To view a full statement of your accounts, you will need to refer to your paper statements or online statements. |
| Can I delete transactions? |
|---|
|
No. Once the transaction is processed to your account, you cannot cancel or delete the transaction. However, you may lodge a transaction dispute if applicable. |
