Download my transactions

To download your transactions:

  • Go to the home page, which is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking. If you cannot locate it select the home icon from the main navigation
  • Select the desired account, at which point you are taken to the chosen "Account Overview" page
  • If not already selected, select the "Transactions" tab to view your transaction history
  • Select "Download" and follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Select your account
  • Select the account for which you'd like to download transactions, using the drop down list.
Step 2 - Select a time period

When entering the time period to search for you can either:

  • Option 1:Choose to search returned items for the last 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 or 120 days, using the drop down list, or
  • Option 2: Select "Older than 120 days" from the drop down list and enter amount of days
  • Specify your own date range
Step 3 - Select the software package to use
  • Select the software package from the drop down list.
  • You can choose from the following software packages: Quicken, Microsoft Money, MYOB, Agrimaster, Phoenix Gateway or download as a CSV file.
Step 4 - Download and save the file
  • Select "Download".
  • This will begin the download process.
  • When prompted, save the file to your preferred location.

How do I download my transactions to my computer?
Do I need special software to download my transactions?

The "Download Transaction History" page allows you to download transaction data directly to a software package of your choice if applicable:

  • Quicken
  • Microsoft Money
  • MYOB
  • Agrimaster
  • Phoenix Gateway

If you do not have one of these software packages, you may still download the transactions to your computer as CSV file. This file can be opened by a plain text editor like notepad or Microsoft Excel.

Can I download transactions from before I registered for ANZ Internet Banking?

For transactions not visible on ANZ Internet Banking, refer to your paper statements or online statements

What information does my transactions list show?

The transactions tab shows the list of transactions carried out on a particular account for the date range selected. It lists the date a transaction was processed, description for that transaction, the debit or the credit amount and the balance after that transaction.

  • For credit card accounts and loan accounts, the transaction history page does not include the balance column.
How far back do my download transactions go?

From the 18th May 2015 you can download up to 2 years transactions for the following account types:

2 Years for Credit Cards, Loan Accounts, and V2 Plus Funds Management Accounts and 12 Months (accruing to 2 years over the next 12 months) for Deposit Accounts*

*For some deposit accounts where your statement cycle is either daily or weekly, you can download between 4 and 10 months (accruing to 2 years over the next 18 months).

How can I see my full statement?

You can only see transactions for a particular account via your ANZ Internet Banking. To view a full statement of your accounts, you will need to refer to your paper statements or online statements.

Can I delete transactions?

No. Once the transaction is processed to your account, you cannot cancel or delete the transaction. However, you may lodge a transaction dispute if applicable.
