To download your transactions:

  • Go to the "View Accounts" landing page, which is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking. If you cannot locate it go to the "Accounts" menu and select "View Accounts".
  • Select the desired account, at which point you are taken to the chosen "Account Overview" page.
  • If not already selected, click the "Transaction history" tab to view your transaction history.
  • Click the "Download Transaction History" link and follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Select your account
  • Select the account for which you'd like to download transactions, using the drop down list.
Step 2 - Enter a date range within the last 120 days

Choose one of the two options.

  • Option 1: choose to search transactions for the last 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 120 days from the drop down list.
  • Option 2: specify your own date range that is within the last 120 days in the format DD/MM/YYYY (e.g. 25/02/2010) 
Step 3 - Select the software package to use
  • Select the software package from the drop down list.
  • You can choose from the following software packages: Quicken, Microsoft Money, MYOB, Agrimaster, Phoenix Gateway or download as a CSV file.
Step 4 - Download and save the file
  • Click "Download".
  • This will begin the download process.
  • When prompted, save the file to your preferred location.

If you have any problems importing the transaction data to your software package, please contact your software provider.

How do I download my transactions to my computer?
Do I need special software to download my transactions?

The "Download Transaction History" page allows you to download transaction data directly to a software package of your choice if applicable:

  • Quicken
  • Microsoft Money
  • MYOB
  • Agrimaster
  • Phoenix Gateway

If you do not have one of these software packages, you may still download the transactions to your computer as CSV file. This file can be opened by a plain text editor like notepad or Microsoft Excel.

Can I download transactions from before I registered for ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes. For a V2 Plus account, you can access transactions from the past 90 days while for all other accounts you can access them from the past 120 days. This includes transactions completed before ANZ Internet Banking registration.

What information does my transactions list show?

The transactions tab shows the list of transactions carried out on a particular account for the date range selected. It lists the date a transaction was processed, description for that transaction, the debit or the credit amount and the balance after that transaction.

  • For credit card accounts and loan accounts, the transaction history page does not include the balance column.
How far back do my download transactions go?

For a V2 Plus account, you can download transactions for up to last 90 days while for all other accounts you can download them for up to 120 days.

How can I see my full statement?

You can only see transactions for a particular account via your ANZ Internet Banking. To view a full statement of your accounts, you will need to refer to your paper statements or online statements.

Can I delete transactions?

No. Once the transaction is processed to your account, you cannot cancel or delete the transaction. However, you may lodge a transaction dispute if applicable.
