Online statements are the environmentally friendly paperless way to receive account statements.
- Registering an account for online statements replaces the paper statement for that account
- Please note, paper statements will continue to be sent for Business accounts.
- You'll need to provide a valid email address so that we can send you a notification email when your online statements are ready to be viewed within ANZ Internet Banking.

Registering a linked ANZ account for online statements is easy.
- Go to the "Accounts" menu.
- Select "View online statements" and follow the steps below.

No. It will not cost you anything extra to register for online statement. Once you register an account for online statements, you will no longer receive paper statements at your mailing address. |
| Can I get online statements for accounts not linked to my ANZ Internet Banking? |

No. Online statements are only available to accounts linked to your ANZ Internet Banking. To link an account to ANZ Internet Banking:

Online statements will be provided to you at the same frequency that your paper statements are issued for the registered account. |
| Will my online statements be back dated to include older statements? |

No. Statements from dates prior to your registration for online statements are not available as online statements.

| What if the email address I nominated at registration is no longer valid? |

The default email address presented on the registration page is your ANZ Internet Banking email address, specified by you during ANZ Internet Banking registration.

If you register for online statements today and your next statement issue date is within the next two days, then you will still receive a paper statement for your next statement.

| How do I change my email address for online statement notifications? |

You must have a valid email address to receive online statements. To check or to change your email address, log on to ANZ Internet Banking and follow the steps below:
ANZ will send all online statement notification emails to the new updated email address. |

You can register an ANZ account for online statements if:
- For credit cards (other than Business One): you are the primary account holder;
- For Business One credit cards: you are a Principal;
- For ANZ Assured: you are the sole account holder or signatory. You cannot register for Online Statements on an account to which ANZ Assured is attached if there is more than one account holder or signatory;
- For other accounts: you are the sole account holder or signatory, or are a signatory to the account and are able to change the statement address on the account. You cannot register for Online Statements on an account where more than one signatory is required to operate the account;
- For other business accounts: where you are a signatory.
