We know that your financial needs change over time so we have made it easy for you to request a change to your ANZ Credit Card limit whenever you need to.
- When filling in your application you will need to provide all of your financial information including details of employment, loans, assets and dependants.
- We will assess your application and send you a SecureMail within two bank business days with the result.

To change your ANZ Credit Card limit:
- Go to the "View Accounts" landing page.
- This is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking.
- If you cannot locate it, go to the "Accounts" menu and select "View Accounts".
- Select your credit card account by clicking on the account name.
- Click on the "Apply for a credit card limit increase" link at the top of the page and follow the steps below.

There are two potential outcomes depending on whether you have received a credit limit increase invitation:

| Step 2 – Enter your preferred credit card limit |
|---|

Determine the credit card limit you would like to apply for and select ‘Continue’. If required to enter an amount, it must be rounded off to the nearest $500 (i.e. you can request $1000 or $1500 but not $1400). After reviewing the requested limit and clicking “Continue”, you will be presented with either of the following pages:

Before submitting your application, the ‘Review and submit’ screen gives you the opportunity to confirm your application details are correct.

To proceed with the assessment, ANZ requires your consent to undertake a credit check; you can provide this consent by selecting the corresponding tick box.
Note: after clicking “Submit” a processing page may be displayed, providing additional information for your review. |

Your Application status is displayed to confirm that your request has been submitted successfully. This page will also include how confirmation of your application will be provided to you. |

"Your assets" refer to what you own. Please specify the total monetary value of:

"Your liabilities" refer to what you owe. You will need to provide the total amount you have borrowed, are owing and your share of monthly repayments for:

"Monthly Income" refers to your monthly income before tax.

| What does the "Monthly expenses" section consists of? |

"Monthly expenses" refers to your monthly expenses such as rent/board and general living expenses such as entertainment, food, petrol, phone bills, etc. |
| Why does ANZ need confirmation of my available monthly income? |

This helps us determine that you can meet the repayment obligations for the new limit without substantial hardship. The assessment of your application is subject to having the required available monthly income. You can use the Available Monthly Income Calculator provided to help work out your available monthly income. |
