View a detailed bill
Our "View online bills" service is the environmentally friendly paperless way to receive bills.
- You can easily view a detailed PDF version of your bill and save it to your computer if you wish.
In order to view your detailed bill you must have pop-up blockers disabled and JavaScript enabled on your browser.

- Step 2 - View your detailed bill
- Step 3 - Read and accept the warning message
- Step 4 - Save the bill (optional)
- Step 5 - Return to ANZ Internet Banking

To view a detailed bill from your online bills list:
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "View online bills" and follow the steps below.
On the "View online bills" page a list of your current bills will display.

Before proceeding to your detailed bill you will be presented with a message advising that the bill opens on an external website.

You will get the bill summary in ANZ Internet Banking. To view a detailed bill follow the steps below:

Yes. You can save a copy of the detailed bill in PDF format once you have access to the detailed bill. |
| How do I make a payment to the online bill? |

Once you have viewed the bill, you can make an immediate payment or set up a future dated payment to pay that bill.

| How do I view previous bills? |

|
To view previous bills, click on "View previous bills" link.

| Can I de-register from online bills? |
|---|
|
Yes. You can de-register a specific BPAY View™ biller from online bills any time.
This will mean you'll no longer receive bills from that biller through your ANZ Internet Banking. |
| Why won't my detailed bill display? |

If are having problems opening a detailed bill, check your browser settings. You'll need to have pop-up blockers disabled and JavaScript enabled for the PDF to open correctly in a new window. |
