Our "View online bills" service is the environmentally friendly paperless way to receive bills.
- If you need to find a previously paid bill you can easily filter or sort the list by either biller name, date range or both.

To filter or sort your previous bills:
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "View online bills".
- Click on the "View previous bills" link.
- Click on the "Filter/sort previous bills" link and follow the steps below.

| Can I file a bill in the "View previous bills" page without viewing it? |

No. To file a bill in the "View previous bills", the bill must be viewed.

| How are the bills filed and how long can I access them online? |

The bills are arranged in descending due date order in the archived bills section and can be viewed for up to two years.

To view previous bills, click on the "View previous bills" link.

This page allows you to view bills that you have requested to be filed with previous bills.

| How can I sort previous bills? |

|
Previous bills can be filtered or sorted by the biller name. You must also specify the "From date" and "To date".

| Can I view a bill summary for previous bills? |

Yes. When you are on the previous bills page you can choose to view the bill summary for the archived bills.

| Can I de-register from online bills? |

|
Yes. You can de-register from online bills any time:
Once you've deactivated the biller you'll no longer receive online bills through your ANZ Internet Banking for that biller. |
