Deactivate a BPAY View biller
Your BPAY View™ list is the list of billers you have saved in order to receive, view and pay their bills online. It is quick and easy to deactivate a biller at any time if you no longer wish to receive their bills online.
- Please remember that you will receive paper bills from that biller once they have been deactivated from your BPAY View™ biller list.

To deactivate a biller from your BPAY View™ biller list:
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "View online bills" - this will display a list of your current bills.
- Click on the "BPAY View™ biller list" link and follow the steps below.

| Can I de-register from online bills? |

Yes. You can de-register from online bills any time. Follow the steps below to de-register the biller:
Once you've deactivated the biller you'll no longer receive bills through your ANZ Internet Banking for that biller. |
| What happens once the biller is deactivated? |

Once the biller is deactivated, the status in the BPAY View™ biller list changes to "Inactive" and you will start receiving paper bills in future.

The status represents the status of the BPAY View™ for that particular biller.

| What is the benefit of getting online bills? |

|
Our "View online bills" service is the environmentally friendly paperless way to receive bills.
On the view online bills landing page a list of your current bills will display with the bill description, amount due, due date and status of the bill, including "New" and "Viewed". |
| How do I register for "View Online Bills" again? |
