| What types of functions can I access via the international services section? |

You can use ANZ Internet Banking for the following international transactions:
Your daily Pay Anyone limit will apply for both Pay Anyone and international transactions. |
| Does my daily limit apply to all international transfers? |

Yes. Your daily Pay Anyone limit will apply for both Pay Anyone and international transactions jointly. There are different limits available to you depending on the type of accounts you have.

| How much does it cost to make international payments? |

The fee for international payments via ANZ Internet Banking depends on the type of payment you are requesting as follows:

| Do I get any discounts on these fees? |

Discounts are not available through ANZ Internet Banking.

| How long do international transfers take? |
|---|
|
Depending on the type of transfers you have requested, international transfers may take up to four bank business days to be processed.

| Can I future date international payments? |
|---|
|
No. International payments cannot be future dated nor can it be set up as a recurring transfer. All international payments are processed as immediate payments or transfers.

| Do I need to register for international services? |

Yes. You need to be registered for Pay Anyone function and have a daily Pay Anyone limit before you can register for international services. |
| Can I have access to international services without having access to Pay Anyone? |

No. You must be registered for Pay Anyone function before you can apply for international services. |
| Where can I view exchange rates? |
|---|
|
Foreign exchange rates applicable to international money transfers and international drafts can be viewed via the "Foreign exchange rates/currencies" link under the "International services" section in the "Pay and Transfer" menu. |
| Can I send an international money transfer to all countries? |

|
No. International money transfers can be sent to specified countries only.
|
| How does the international money transfer calculation system work? |
|---|
|
When you enter an amount in the "Amount in foreign currency" field or an amount in the "Australian dollars" field, then click on the "Calculate", whichever field is left blank will be automatically calculated by ANZ Internet Banking. |
| What can I see on the foreign exchange rates and available currencies pop-up page? |

You can see the currencies available to transfer funds overseas and purchase an international draft from within ANZ Internet Banking on this page.

| How do I know if my payments are successful? |
|---|
|
Whenever you confirm a payment/transfer you'll see a lodgement number and a receipt number. The receipt number confirms that the payment has been submitted successfully. For scheduled payments, you can check the status and the receipt number via the "Past payments/transfers" page. For unsuccessful payments, the status will show as failed. You can also check the details of the payment to find the reason the payment failed. |
