Adding a biller to your BPAY ® biller list means that you can easily pay your bills without having to fill in the biller's details each time. You can also edit their details or delete the biller from your list at any stage.

Adding a BPAY biller to your list is easy.

Step 1 - Navigate to "Add biller"
  • Select "Profile" menu
  • Select "Manage billers"
  • Select "Add biller" 
Step 2- Enter the biller details
There are two ways to enter the biller details.
Option 1 - Enter the biller details directly from the "Add biller" section

If you know all the BPAY biller details you can enter them directly.

You will need to enter:

  • Biller name: you can find this on the payment section of your bill.
  • Biller code: you can find this on the payment section of your bill.
  • Reference: this is a unique customer number assigned to you by your BPAYbiller, located on the payment section of your bill.
  • Biller nickname: this is a nickname you create to help you identify the biller for future payments. 

Select Save" to add the biller to your list.This will mean you can select the biller for future BPAY bill payments.

What details do I need to be able to add a biller to my ANZ Internet Banking?

You need the biller code, reference number and the description of the bill.

  • If you have a copy of your bill, you can check the payment section for these details.
Do I need to save billers before paying them?

No. You do not need to save billers before making bill payments to them. You simply need the biller code and reference number to make a payment.

What if I don't know the BPAY biller code?

ANZ Internet Banking allows you to search for a biller name if you do not know the biller code.

  • If you have a copy of your bill, you can check the payment slip for the biller code.
  • If you don't have the biller code, enter the biller name. You will see various options displayed as you type.
  • When you select the desired biller name from the list, the correct biller code will be entered automatically.
Can I edit a biller from my list?

Yes. Editing a biller is quick and easy. 

  • Go to your "Profile" menu and select "Manage billers"
  • Select the biller you wish to edit
  • Edit the details and select "Save"

Once you have added the biller to your BPAY biller list you may edit any of the biller details.
