ANZ Internet Banking allows you to transfer money between your ANZ accounts that you have linked to ANZ Internet Banking.

Transferring funds between your accounts is easy.
ANZ Internet Banking customers:
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "Transfer between my accounts" and follow the steps below.
ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers:
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "Transfer between my accounts"
- Click on the "Create a new single funds transfer" radio button.
- Click "Continue" and follow the steps below.

At the top of the screen you'll see a summary of your transfer details. Check all details are correct and then move to the "Transfer details" section. Frequency: choose an option from the drop down list to determine how often you would like the transfer to occur.
Start on: click the calendar icon and select the date on which you would like the first transfer to be made.
Finish on: Use the radio buttons to select the option that suits your transfer.
When you are happy with your recurring transfer details click "Continue" |

Review all your information to ensure it is correct.

| Step 6 - Confirm your transfer |

When you are happy with the information entered click "Confirm". This will complete the transfer and a confirmation message will display. ANZ Internet Banking for Business Operators can click on the "Request authorisation" button to submit the transfer to the relevant Authoriser for approval. |

Withdrawals from an ANZ E*TRADE account are not available via ANZ Internet Banking. To make a withdrawal from your ANZ E*TRADE account:
Stopping or deleting paymentsYou cannot delete immediate payments. You can stop future or recurring payments if necessary. If you wish to delete a future dated payment, the request must be lodged with ANZ Internet Banking prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the payment date. Please note that you cannot edit a future dated or recurring payment. You must delete and then re-submit a new payment. |

| Why aren't all my accounts showing up in the drop down list? |

Only valid linked accounts with appropriate access levels will show in the drop down list when you are transferring between your accounts.
For example, you cannot transfer funds from most home loans; however you can transfer funds to most home loans. Therefore, some accounts may not appear in the "From" list, but will appear in the "To" list. |
| Do I need to link an account before I can use it to transact online? |

Yes. The account needs to be linked to your ANZ Internet Banking before you can use it to transact online. You can link an account to your ANZ Internet Banking in one of three ways:
If you are an ANZ Internet Banking for Business customer, please download, print, complete and fax the maintenance form to request an account be linked. |
| What's the maximum I can transfer between my accounts? |

There is no maximum or minimum limit when transferring funds between your linked accounts. You can transfer any available funds between accounts. |
| Can I make multiple transfers between my accounts? |

|
Yes. You can make multiple transfers between your accounts through the "Scheduled Multiple Future Payments/Transfers" under "Pay and Transfer". You can also schedule a recurring payment via the "Transfer between My Accounts" under "Pay and Transfer" menu. |
| How long does it take for the transfer to go through? |

The funds are available immediately after processing.

| Can I future date a transfer between my accounts? |

|
Yes. You can do this by selecting a future date for your transfer. |
| Can I use transfer between my accounts to pay my ANZ Credit Card? |

"Transfer between my accounts" can be used to make a one-off payment to your linked ANZ Credit Card or set up a recurring payment of the same amount to your linked ANZ Credit Card. You may also use the "Pay ANZ Credit Card" to arrange regular payments to your ANZ Credit Card on the due date or at regular intervals from one of your linked accounts. |
| Can I use transfer between my accounts to make direct loan payments? |

No. "Transfer between my Accounts" can only be used to make a one-off payment to your loan. To organise direct loan payments follow the steps below:
The "Direct Loan Payments" page gives details of any direct loan payments that you have set up on the selected loan. It allows you to add a new recurring payment, modify, or delete an existing direct loan payment. |
| Why can't I transfer from my linked E*TRADE account? |

As part of the terms and conditions of an E*TRADE account, you are unable to transfer funds from this account using ANZ Internet Banking. However, you may transfer funds from another linked ANZ account into your ANZ E*TRADE Account via ANZ Internet Banking.

| Where can I see payments or transfers I've made in the past? |

The "Past Payments/ Transfers" section under the "Pay and Transfer" menu allows you to view your past ANZ Internet Banking payments and transfers. You may search transactions by:
You can view details of your payments and transfers for the last 120 days using ANZ Internet Banking. For transactions prior to the last 120 days please refer to your paper statement or your online statements. You may also contact the ANZ Customer Service team on 13 13 14 (International callers: +61 3 9683 9999) 24 hours a day, seven days a week to order a copy of your statement. |
| Can I schedule future dated payments? |

Yes. You can schedule future dated transfer or bill payments via the "Schedule Multiple Future Payments/Transfers" section under the "Pay and Transfer" menu. This page allows you to lodge up to ten payments which could be combination of fund transfers, Pay Anyone payments and bill payments. |

The "Future Payments/Transfer" section under the "Pay and Transfer" menu provides you with a summary of the transfers or bill payments you have scheduled via ANZ Internet Banking to be processed on a future date. |
| I need to delete a future dated transaction - how can I do this? |

You can delete future payments, transfers or bill payments via the "Future Payments/Transfer" page by clicking on the "Immediately Delete Payment/Transfer" link.
