Use a template to make multiple transfers
Templates help you to easily create your multiple transfers. Once you have a template saved you can select it to populate your payments without the need to add the details for each payment individually.
Making multiple transfers using a template is easy.

- Step 1 - Choose your template and click "Make a payment/transfer"
- Step 2 - Continue with your multiple transfer
- Step 3 - Select the account to transfer from
- Step 4 - Enter the transfer date
- Step 5 - Add more payments (if applicable)
- Step 6 - Save as a template (if applicable)
- Step 7 - Click "Continue"
- Step 8 - Review your information
- Step 9 - Confirm your transfer
- Step 10 - View your lodgement receipt

ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers can use a payment template to make multiple transfers.
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "Transfer between my accounts".
- Click the "Use a previously saved template" radio button.
- Then click "Continue" and follow the steps below.
Alternatively you can:
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "Payment templates" and follow the steps below.

You are presented with the list of your saved templates.

| Step 2 - Continue with your multiple transfer |

The saved payment details from the template will populate your payments list.

| Step 3 - Select the account to transfer from |

Please note that the multiple transfers will all be processed as a single debit to the account you have selected. You cannot select multiple accounts to be debited. |
| Step 4 - Enter the transfer date |

| Step 5 - Add more payments (if applicable) |

The payment details from your multiple transfer template will populate the payments list.

| Step 6 - Save as a template (if applicable) |
|---|
|
If you have made further changes you may wish to save this new group of payments as another template.

| Step 7 - Click "Continue" |

When you are happy with the list of payments, the "From" account selected and the transfer date click "Continue". |
| Step 8 - Review your information |
|---|
|
Review all your information to ensure it is correct. If information is incorrect it may result in an unsuccessful transfer or the wrong account receiving funds.

| Step 9 - Confirm your transfer |

ANZ Internet Banking for Business Operators can click "Request authorisation" to submit the transfer to the relevant Authoriser or Administrator for approval. |

| How many payments can be done at one time with the multiple transfers? |

The "Multiple transfers" function allows you to transfer funds between your linked accounts in two ways:

| Can I make transfers using a saved template on my iPhone®? |

No. Currently ANZ Internet Banking for Business registration is not supported on iPhone®. |
| Can I make changes to the template's payments before I use it? |
|---|
|
Yes. You can edit, copy, rename or delete the templates.

| If an Administrator renames accounts will an Operator see these changes? |
|---|
|
No. Renaming or reordering accounts will only change the way they appear within your own ANZ Internet Banking for Business session. Operators cannot see these changes. |
| Do transfers between business accounts need Security Device authorisation? |

|
No. Transfers need to be authorised in line with the signing arrangement i.e. if the requirement is for one to sign, or two to sign, the specified number of Authorisers must approve the transfer.

| Can I make payments to the same account more than once in a multiple transfer? |

|
Yes. Funds can be transferred to the same account more than once in the same multiple transfer.

| Can I set up a recurring multiple transfers? |
|---|
|
No. Multiple transfers cannot be set up as recurring transfers.
|
| How do I stop multiple transfers? |
|---|
|
You cannot stop the immediate multiple fund transfers or transfer to be processed today.

| Why can't I edit or delete my template? |
|---|
|
You cannot edit/delete a multiple transfer template if it has been used for a scheduled future transfer.
If you wish to delete a future dated transfer, the request must be lodged with ANZ Internet Banking prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the payment date. |
| Does ANZ Internet Banking for Business have cut-off times for payments? |
