View Operator account permissions

The "Manage Operators - account permissions" page will display. This page consists of the Operator profile section and account permission section.

Operator profile:

This section consists of the following information:

• Operator ID
• Operator name
• Status
• Date created
• Last modified date.

Account permission:

This section displays all the accounts linked to your ANZ Internet Banking for Business with the following information:

• Account name: the account name for your linked business account.
• Account number: the account number for your linked business account.
• Status: displays the access levels and account permissions assigned to the specific Operator for each given account.

To print this page, click on the "Print" icon in the top right corner.

• A print-friendly version of the page will display.
• Click on "Print" at the top of the page to print the page.
• If there is no print icon in the top right corner please use your own browser’s print function (Control + P).

• None: the Operator will not have any access to that account at all.
• View: the Operator can view the transactions done on a particular account. They can see the account in their list and view the transaction history. They cannot perform any other function.
• View and transaction: the Operator can view the transaction history of the account and create payments and transfers under the permitted functions such as Pay Anyone, international payments, tax payments, etc. The payments and transfers, once created will need to be authorised by the Administrators or Authorisers.

The access level for an Operator can be changed any time by the Administrator.

No. Giving access to view and transaction only allows the Operators to create payments under the permitted functions.

• The payments and transfers, once created will need to be authorised by the Administrators or Authorisers.

As an Administrator to ANZ Internet Banking for Business, you can manage Operators through the "Manage Operators" menu where you can:

• add Operators
• edit Operators
• view account permissions
• un-suspend Operators
• reset Operator's password
• delete Operators
• lock/unlock Operators or
• search activity logs.

The Operators will only be able to access the functions that they've been assigned access for.

• If the Operator cannot access certain functions, the access level can be modified via the "Edit Operator" link under the "Manage Operator" menu.

No. Two Operators cannot have the same Operator ID.

• The Operator ID must be unique to each Operator.
