If you have any queries about payments or transfers you've made online, your accounts, or other enquiries, you can use our SecureMail forms available on the "Contact Us" pages. In most cases, we'll respond to you within 24-48 hours.

Additionally, if you want to provide feedback to us about your ANZ Internet Banking experience, you can select the “Feedback” icon on many of our pages.

How can I access the "Contact us" page?

The "Contact us" page can be accessed using the "Contact us" link located on the top right of your ANZ Internet Banking screen, next to the "Log out" button.

What information can I find on the "Contact us" page?

The "Contact us" page provides you the ANZ contact details you can use if you have any ANZ Internet Banking enquiries related to online transactions or ANZ accounts you manage online.

  • If you require assistance with any of your account details, you should call the appropriate customer service area that handles that type of enquiry.
  • You may also send us a SecureMail with your enquiries or your feedback. We will respond to you within two bank business days.
  • You will find a number of links under the SecureMail section on the "Contact us" page. When you click on the appropriate link, the contact number for that department will display along with other links for SecureMail.
How do I send a SecureMail?

To send a new SecureMail, you need to complete the following three steps:

  • Select the subject from the list on the "Contact us" page that is most relevant to your enquiry.
  • Compose the message by following the instructions provided. Your SecureMail will automatically include your ANZ Internet Banking CRN and your name.
  • Please do not include your password in any Securemail - you must not disclose your password to anyone.
  • Send your message by clicking on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. You will then receive a confirmation message that your SecureMail has been sent. If you do not wish to send your SecureMail, click on "Back".
