What can I do on the "Apply for" page for loans if I have no linked loans?

If you do not have any loan accounts linked to your ANZ Internet Banking, you can:

  • Link an existing loan account: allows you to request that your existing loan account be linked to your ANZ Internet Banking via a SecureMail. You must allow at least two bank business days for your request to be processed.
  • Find out more about ANZ Home Loans and apply for a loan: allows you to find out more about the ANZ Home Loans by clicking on the links provided. This takes you to an external page and while you are viewing it your ANZ Internet Banking timeout limit will still apply.
  • Find out more about ANZ Personal Loans and apply for a loan: allows you to find out more about the ANZ Personal Loans by clicking on the links provided. This takes you to an external page and while you are viewing this page your ANZ Internet Banking timeout limit will still apply.

Once you view the details of the types of loans offered you can apply for these loans online.

How can I request to link my existing loan to my ANZ Internet Banking?
  • Go to the "Update Details" menu
  • Click on the "Link/Delink an account to ANZ Internet Banking" link under the "Internet Banking Settings"

Alternatively you can send a SecureMail request with your account details.

How can I apply for other accounts online?

You can apply for other cheque/savings accounts online from the "Apply for" page.

  • Click on the "Apply online for an account" link.
  • Select the account from the list and complete the online application form.
