View tax invoice - business customers

Tax invoices are issued for ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers who have incurred bank fees where GST is applicable.

  • You can easily view tax invoices from specific tax invoice periods.
  • The tax invoice period starts on the first day of the calendar month and ends on the last day of that month.

ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers can view the tax invoices for bank fees that incur GST. To view your tax invoice:

  • Go to the "View Accounts" landing page.
  • This is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking.
  • If you cannot locate it go to the "Accounts" menu and select "View Accounts".
  • Then click on the "View tax invoice" link and follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Select your account

The first account from your list that is eligible for a tax invoice will display here by default. To choose another eligible account:

  • Select the account for which you would like to view a tax invoice, using the "View account" drop down list.
  • Click "View".
Step 2 - Select the tax invoice period
  • Select the tax invoice period using the drop down list.
  • Click "Search".

This will display the list of ANZ Internet Banking fees that you have been charged, where GST is applicable, within the specified invoice period.

  • The tax invoice period starts on the first day of the calendar month and ends on the last day of that month.
  • Tax invoices can be viewed on the first day of the following calendar month.
Step 3 - Change the tax invoice period (optional)

To change the invoice period you are viewing:

  • Click on the "View another tax invoice" link on the bottom left.
  • Then repeat step 2.
Step 4 - Print the tax invoice (optional)

To print the tax invoice, click on the "Print" icon in the top right corner.

  • A print-friendly version of the page will display. Click on "Print" at the top of the page to print the page.
  • If there is no print icon in the top right corner please use your own browser's print function (Control + P).

What is the tax invoice that I can see in ANZ Internet Banking for Business?

The tax invoices displayed within your ANZ Internet Banking for Business are issued if you incur ANZ Internet Banking fees during the invoice period that are applicable for GST.

  • These tax invoices can be viewed and printed on the first day of each calendar month.
What information can I find on a tax invoice?

The tax invoice contains the following information:

  • your business name and address
  • the invoice period
  • issue date
  • fee description
  • quantity: the number of instances a fee event occurred for each fee type
  • amount (GST excl.): the amount without the GST component
  • GST payable: the amount of GST payable on fee incurred
  • amount (GST incl.): the amount with the GST component included
  • total GST payable: total amount of GST incurred on the fees for a particular invoice period
  • total (including GST): the total amount charged on a particular invoice for all fees listed including the GST component payable
  • details the ANZ company name and ABN.
What is the tax invoice period?

The tax invoice period starts on the first day of the calendar month and ends on the last day of that month. If a GST applicable ANZ Internet Banking fee has been charged during the calendar month, an invoice is generated.

When can I view the tax invoice?

Tax invoices for the previous invoice period can be viewed and printed on the first day of each calendar month.

How many tax invoices can I view in ANZ Internet Banking for Business?

You can view tax invoices for up to last 15 completed invoice periods in ANZ Internet Banking for Business.

When do I have to pay these tax invoices?

You do not need to make a payment for these tax invoices manually. Payments will be drawn directly from your nominated account during the invoice period.
