Delete a cheque
Our cheque reconciliation tool is a great way to keep track of cheques you have written and the dates they have been presented.
- When you have viewed a reconciled cheque we will delete it after you log off from ANZ Internet Banking.
- You can also delete a cheque from your list at any time.
- You will not be able to retrieve the details once you have deleted the cheque.

To delete a cheque from your reconciliation list:
- Go to the "View Accounts" landing page.
- This is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking.
- If you cannot locate it, go to the "Accounts" menu and select "View Accounts".
- Select your cheque or savings account by clicking on the account name.
- Click on the "Cheque reconciliation" link at the top of the page.
Your cheque list will display.

You can keep a record of your cheques by printing the page or downloading the details as CSV file to your computer.
To print the page, click on the "Print copy" icon in the top right corner.

| Do I have to delete the cheque from the list once it has been presented? |

No. When a cheque is presented, the date presented will be displayed next time you log on to ANZ Internet Banking.

| Can I retrieve the cheque details once it is deleted? |

No. You will not be able to retrieve the cheque once it has been deleted from the list. |
