To transfer a credit card balance to your ANZ Credit Card:
- Go to the "View Accounts" landing page.
- This is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking.
- If you cannot locate it, go to the "Accounts" menu and select "View Accounts".
- Select your credit card account by clicking on the account name.
- Then click in the "Credit card balance transfer" link and follow the steps below.

A balance transfer is the transfer of an outstanding balance on a non-ANZ credit or store card account to your ANZ Credit Card account.

| Why should I transfer my balance? |

By transferring the debit balance of your other credit or store cards to an ANZ Credit Card and closing your other accounts, you can significantly reduce the difficulty of managing different card repayments.

| Is there a fee for balance transfers? |

Balance transfers will accrue interest at the applicable interest rate from the date the balance transfer request is approved until the transferred amount is paid in full.

| What can I do on the "Credit card balance transfer" page? |

The "Credit card balance transfer" facility allows you to transfer the balance of your non-ANZ credit caed to your linked ANZ Credit Card provided the other bank or institution allows its customers to use BPAY®.

| When is the credit card balance transfer request processed? |

This transfer to your credit card account will be processed as a cash advance and interest will accrue accordingly.

| What do I do if my credit card provider is not listed on this page? |

If your credit card provider or store card is not listed on this page, you need to fill out the "Balance transfer application" form and return it by post to the address on the form.

| Can I accept the promotional balance transfer offer via ANZ Internet Banking? |

No. If you have received a promotional balance transfer offer, you cannot accept this offer through ANZ Internet Banking.
