The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Code of Conduct is a voluntary code subscribed to by us that defines the rights and responsibilities for banks and their customers in relation to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Effective April 1 2002, the EFT Code of Conduct was expanded to cover all forms of electronic funds transfers.
The revised Code delivers better protection to consumers using electronic methods to access their accounts, including Internet Banking. This means that as an Internet Banking customer you will benefit from the protection afforded by the EFT Code.
You are no longer required to accept changes to Internet Banking Terms and Conditions online. Internet Banking will provide you with the option of receiving any future changes to Terms and Conditions by hardcopy (paper form) or electronically (email).
