Introducing e-Statement facility
e-Statement is a facility provided by PT Bank ANZ Indonesia ('ANZ') for you who prefers alternative and more convenient way to receive your banking account statement and/or credit card billing statement electronically.
By converting to e-Statement, you are also taking part in an initiative that is environmentally friendly.
Features
Enjoy additional conveniences with e-Statement facility
- Online: You can access your e-Statement wherever and whenever via ANZ website. We also send you the e-Statement via your own private email which you register with the facility so you won’t miss any information.
- Double security: Once you receive the e-Statement in your private email, you need to input password to open the e-Statement file. The information of password format to open the e-Statement will be provided in the e-Statement email. You will be required to input login user name and password or credit card information, if you access the e-Statement via ANZ website.
- Archive: You can download and access your previous statements up-to the last 3 months (for credit card) or 6 months (for banking).
Requirements
To subscribe to e-Statement facility, you simply need the following
- Internet access
- Adobe Reader (PDF) version 7.0 or later.
How to register
For credit card customers
- Go to registration page.
- Input your information, including: credit card number, expiry date, credit limit, last 4 digits of your phone number, then click 'Login'.
- On the left menu, click 'Sign-Up', then input your valid email address, then confirm.
For banking customers
- Go to registration page.
- Input your information, including: CIF number, date of birth, last 4 digits of your account number and last 4 digits of your phone number, then click 'Continue'.
- Our system will automatically generate your login username.
- Please input your password to login e-Statement via ANZ website.
- Go back to www.anz.co.id, login to the Banking e-Statement by entering your username and password, then activate your Banking e-Statement by selecting 'Activation' menu.
- Input and register your valid email address to which your Banking e-Statement will be sent.
You need Adobe Reader to view PDF files. You can download Adobe Reader free of charge.
