Terms and conditions:
1. Promotion period: 20 October – 30 December 2011.
2. This program is valid to all ANZ Signature Priority Banking customers who refer their friend/family/colleague to become a new customer of ANZ Signature Priority Banking.
3. The referred customer must become the primary account holder.
4. The referred customer must be a new customer who never opens a bank account with PT Bank ANZ Indonesia (ANZ)
5. The referred customer has to open an ANZ account and join ANZ products with a minimum balance of IDR 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah) or equivalent value in other foreign currency, and with product options as the following: Term Deposits,and/or Mutual Fund product,and/or Bancassurance product,and/or ANZ Savings Account and/or Signature Priority Banking Promo with minimum duration of the fund placement of 3 months.
6. The New referred customer’s fund must be fresh fund, and is NOT a transfer from other ANZ customer or other ANZ account.
7. The calculation of gift rewards type will be performed 3 (three) months after the promo period ends. Gift is awarded based on the total referral (number of account opened during the promo period) that fulfils requirement number five.
8. Rewards will only be given if the referring and referred customers can maintain a minimum balance of IDR 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah) or equivalent value in the foreign currency until the gift is granted.
9. Reward is given 3 (three) months after the last referred customer funds his account.
10. ANZ reserves the right to replace any gift which stock is unavailable with another gift which value is equal.
11. ANZ is not responsible of any broken gift after gift is given to the Customers.
12. ANZ has the right to reject account opening application in accordance with the prevailing account opening terms and conditions.
13. ANZ’s decisions on all matters related to this program are final.
14. ANZ reserves the right to change, delete or add these terms and conditions from time to time.
15. Interest before tax. The condition of interest follows the LPS regulation program, where any interest rate above the LPS rate is not included in the LPS guarantee program.
16. ANZ acts as a referral agent or distribution agent for Insurance product. Insurance product is published by Insurance provider and is not ANZ product, so ANZ is not responsible for any or all claims and risks that will be raised from this portfolio product. Insurance product is not guaranteed by ANZ and its affiliates or by any government guarantee program of Republic of Indonesia. ANZ is not responsible for insurance policy issued by insurance provider.
17. ANZ only acts as Selling Agent for Mutual Fund. Mutual Funds are capital market products and are not products of ANZ and are not guaranteed by ANZ and its affiliates as well as not included in the object of government guarantee program of the Republic of Indonesia. ANZ shall not be liable in any way for any demands and risks of the portfolio management of Mutual Funds, or, any unavailability or diminution of funds in respect of such investment.
18. The referring customer must ensure that the referred customer(s) doesn't object to have his personal information to be used for other promotion by ANZ.
19. The referring customer must agree to release ANZ from any loss, expense and other liabilities incurred or arising as a result of ANZ's receive of information about the referred customer from the referring customer as provided in this program.
20. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Indonesian on this Term and Conditions, the Indonesian version shall apply.
21. These terms and conditions are additional terms and conditions which are applied in ANZ and to all its products.
