Bond is a long term debt instrument (above 12 year) that is either issued by government or a corporate entity in order to raise investment financing for the issuer. In return, a bond pays out coupon on a regular basis and returns principal upon maturity.

Currently, we have offered a series of government bonds as follows:

  1. Obligasi Negara Ritel (ORI)
    • Government bonds that are sold to individual clients or individual Indonesian citizens through selling agent in the primary market
    • Coupon and investment principal are guaranteed by the Act. Coupon is paid every month with a fixed coupon rate.
    • Bid and Offer price quotations are available in the secondary market.
  2. Obligasi Negara
    • Government bond are sold to individual clients and/or corporate entity through selling agent
    • Issued in local and foreign currency (USD)
    • Coupon and principal investment is guaranteed by the Act and paid every six month with the fixed rate coupon
    • Bid and Offer price quotations are available in the secondary market.
  3. SUKUK Negara Ritel (SR)
    • Retail Sovereign Sukuk are sold to individual clients or individual Indonesian citizens through selling agent in the primary market
    • Fixed return and principal investment is guaranteed by the Law regarding SBSN and APBN, and paid every month with fixed rate coupon 
    • Bid and Offer price are available in the secondary market.
  4. Savings Bond Ritel (SBR)
    • Savings Bond Ritel is sold to individual Indonesian Citizen through selling agents in the Primary Market.
    • Fixed return and Investment Principal are guaranteed by the Law regarding SBSN and APBN, and paid every month with fixed rate coupon
    • Has a feature of Floating Coupon with floor whereby coupon rate adjusts accordingly to Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation’s rate (LPS rate) during the tenor of the bond
    • Must hold until maturity and cannot be traded in secondary market.

 

We are offering both series of bonds denominated in Rupiah and US Dollar so that customers are enabled to apply diversification and asset allocation strategy optimally in order to achieve their investment objectives.
