Fixed instalment facility

ANZ Kartu Cicilan provides fixed instalment facilities with 0% interest for three-month instalment or 6 months instalment with interest 0.88% per month or 12 month instalment with interest 0.99% per month for any retail transactions anywhere. To utilise this facility, Kartu Cicilan customers need to contact our 24-Hour ANZ Call Centre within 14 calendar days after a purchase has been made.

Teleshopping and teletravel

Make your life easier by using our teleshopping and teletravel services. Send flowers and cakes for your loved ones or plan a business trip, holiday or weekend getaway simply by calling our 24-Hour ANZ Call Centre and we will deliver the items to your home or billing address.

You can also make reservation and purchase your airline tickets, hotel voucher, or any other travel packages by contacting ANZ teletravel at (021) 500ANZ or 500269 and you will not be charged with the additional surcharge. Also enjoy 3 month instalment facility with no interest for any purchase through ANZ teletravel.
