Dear Valued ANZ Cardholder,
Thank you for your loyalty in using ANZ Credit Card. Along with this letter, we would like to inform you the latest update on Bank Indonesia regulation and other information to ensure your experience in using ANZ Credit Card is convenient:
1. Customer data update
Pursuant to Bank Indonesia regulation No. 14/2/PBI/2012 regarding Card-Based Payment Instrument’s Activities, Bank Indonesia obliges the Bank to update cardholder’s data. In compliance to such regulation, we would like to request you to submit income payment proof such as Surat Keterangan Penghasilan (Salary Slip) or Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (Tax Return) type SPT 1721 A1/A2 or SPT 1770, please mention following information on the top right corner of your document:
- Name on the credit card
- 16 digits of your credit card number
- Active Mobile phone number.
You may send the data through e-mail to anzcard@anz.com with email subject “Dokumen <16 digit of your ANZ Credit Card number>” or fax the document to (021) 5750326.
2. Longer payment lapse period
Enjoy longer lapse period for ANZ Credit Card payment which is now 16 days from the billing cycle. If your billing cycle is 6 January 2013, your due date is 22 January 2013.

Please make sure your payment is received by ANZ on the due date at the latest to avoid late fees and interest. If your payment due date is 22 January 2013, then your payment should be effectively received on 22 January 2013. If payment is conducted through ANZ, then the payment should be conducted at the latest on 22 January 2013 before 17.00 WIB; or if you conduct payment through other bank account/channels, the payment should be conducted on 20 January 2013 (2 (two) working days before 22 January 2013) to avoid interest or interest and late fees.
If the total amount due is not paid in full or the payment is received after 22 January 2013 or no payment is received at all, then you will be charged interest or interest and late fees, which will be calculated according to the rate applied to each type of transaction (namely: Purchases, cash advance, and fund transfer) from the date of the transaction until the date payment is made in full. Calculation will be made according to daily balance and will be adjusted as payment is made.
3. New number of days for interest calculation
Effective 2 February 2013, you can enjoy lower finance charges as we adjust number of days per year used as the divider for interest charges calculation to 365 days. For additional information, previous days used in calculation is 360 days.
4. Electronic Statement (e-statement)
To increase your comfort in receiving and accessing your monthly credit card billing statement, you may register your e-mail address at ANZ e-Statement and start receiving your billing statement via email (e-statement). You may also call 24-Hour ANZ Call Centre 500ANZ or (area code) 500269. By enrolling e-statement, you can receive your billing statement timely wherever you are.
5. Transaction alert
To increase your security and comfort in using ANZ Credit Card, SMS Alert will be sent to your active mobile phone number as notifications of certain transactions. Please call 24-Hour ANZ Call Centre to ensure you have registered your active mobile phone number.
6. Fees and charges adjustment
New Retail Transaction and Cash Advance Interest Rate (Effective 1 January 2013):
