ANZ and MasterCard will choose top 3 ANZ MasterCard Platinum and ANZ MasterCard Gold Cardholder who has the most number of retail transactions during the program period of 1-31 January 2010.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. UEFA Champions League 2009-2010 ("Program") is a program developed by PT ANZ Panin Bank ("ANZ") and is valid for ANZ MasterCard Platinum and ANZ MasterCard Gold Cardholders including basic and supplementary Cardholders.
  2. Each and every decision made by ANZ related to this Program is absolute and final according to ANZ regulation.
  3. Only number of retail transaction made between 1 January 2010 at 12 am until 31 January 2010 at 12 am are considered valid and eligible to be counted towards the program. Cash advance transaction and any other transactions that are not defined as retail transactions will not be counted as eligible transaction.
  4. The winners will be announced on 8 February 2010 in ANZ website and received courtesy call by ANZ.
  5. 3 (Three) winners will win prize for 1 (one) adult with following detail:
    • Economy class return air ticket for 1 (one) adult from Jakarta to the nearest city with an international airport where the Round 16 match will be held
    •  2 (two) nights accommodation at a 4-star hotel  for 1 room
    •  2 (two) ways airport and match venue transfer for 1 (one) person
    •  1 (one) ticket for 1 (one) persons to the Round 16 match
  1. Should there be 2 (two) or more cardholders have the same number of transactions, the winner will be chosen based on the higher total amount spend in Indonesian Rupiah.
  2. When winners are announced, their ANZ credit card status has to still be active with no payment problems until the prizes are received.
  3. The date of travel package is decided by ANZ. Winners who request different travel date other than one that is decided by ANZ will be charged additional cost (if any) to their ANZ credit card account.
  4. The holiday prize does not cover airport tax, Fiscal and Visa (entry permit).
  5. If due to one or another reason the winner could not obtain the Visa, ANZ obtains the rights to passed on the prize to the next winner.
  6. Prize has to be collected by the Winner during business hour (9 am to 5 pm) at ANZ headquarters’ office in ANZ Tower, Level 7, Jl. Jend Sudirman, Kav. 33A Jakarta 10220.
  7. In any circumstances that the Winner could not be present in collecting the prize, the winner has to appoint an authorized person using an power of attorney signed by the winner and the authorized person, attached with Rp 6,000 duty stamp and a copy of the winner’s and the authorized person's IDs.
  8. You are required to ensure that address and phone number in ANZ data base are valid and current. If there are any changes, you should contact 24-Hour ANZ Call Centre to update their personal information.
  9. If any indication of fraud is found including but not limited to cancellation of the transaction by the Cardholders, ANZ retains the sole right to review and cancel your participation without prior notice
  10. ANZ does not charge additional cost to participate in this program. Program participants should be cautious of any fraud related to this program.
  11. All ANZ Staff (including permanent, temporary and outsourced) and immediate family (husband/wife, children, parents and siblings) are not eligible to enter the program.
  12. This terms and conditions will be an additional to the regular terms and condition that ANZ has set for the regular programs.

Terms and conditions:

  1. 3-month Instalment with 0% Interest (“Instalment Promo”) is a program developed by PT ANZ Panin Bank (“ANZ”) and valid for Cardholders of ANZ Black, ANZ Platinum, ANZ Gold, ANZ Classic and ANZ Femme
  2. ANZ Kartu Cicilan Cardholders can still enjoy the card prevailing feature of 3-month instalment with 0% interest.
  3. This Instalment Promo is valid from 21 November 2009 to 28 February 2010.
  4. Transaction that can be converted to Instalment Promo is retail transaction only and not valid for cash advance transaction and other transactions that are not defined as retail transaction.
  5. ANZ Cardholders must call 24-Hour ANZ Call Centre at the latest by 14 calendar days after the transaction date to convert their retail transactions to Instalment Promo.
  6. The minimum retail transaction amount to be eligible for Instalment Promo is IDR 2,000,000 for ANZ Black, ANZ Platinum; and IDR 1,000,000 for ANZ Gold, ANZ Classic and ANZ Femme Cardholders. For ANZ Kartu Cicilan Cardholders, the minimum retail transaction amount that is eligible to be converted to 3-month instalment with 0% interest is IDR 300,000.
  7. The minimum retail transaction amount mentioned above must be in 1 (one) sales draft and not an accumulation of retail transactions in different sales drafts.
  8. Retail transaction converted into Instalment Promo and respective cancellation is not eligible for reward points.
  9. Cancellation of Instalment Promo can be done via 24-Hour ANZ Call Centre. Cancellation fee of IDR 75,000 will be charged to ANZ Cardholders for cancellation of Instalment Promo on each retail transaction.
