Notes:
a. Prime lending rate (PLR) calculation does not include bank customer’s individual risk premium component which is dependant on the bank’s assessment of each debtor’s risk. Therefore, the lending rate for each customer is not necessarily the same as PLR.
b. Consumer credit that is non-mortgage excludes funding through credit card and non-collateralised loan.
