How to apply
MoneyEase Tax Loan Programme ("this Programme") Promotion Terms and Conditions ("these Terms and Conditions")
1. This Programme commences now until 30 April 2012 (the "Promotion Period").
2. The grant of MoneyEase Tax Loan (the "Loan") (including but not limited to the approved Loan amount, interest rate and repayment period) is subject to approval by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Hong Kong Branch (the "Bank", which expression shall include its successors and assigns).
3. The Annualised Percentage Rate (APR) is 3.68% (including the 1% handling fee and the calculation is based on loan amount of HK$500,000 and repayment period of 12 months). The APR is calculated using the net present value method on the basis of 365 or 366 days a year (where applicable) and in accordance with the relevant guidelines as referred to the Code of Banking Practice. The Bank reserves the right to determine the approved Loan amount, interest rate and repayment period according to the credit condition of the applicants. The Bank also reserves the right of final decision in respect of all applications and approvals of the Loan and is under no obligation to provide reasons.
4. The total Loan amount shall not exceed 12 times of the applicant's monthly income or HK$2,000,000 (whichever is lower).
5. Successful applicants with Loan drawdown amount of HK$150,000 or above will be entitled to the ANZ Privilege Club membership. ANZ Privilege Club members will be invited to exclusive events and can enjoy discounts provided by selected merchants.
6. Applicants must pay a handling fee upon acceptance of the Loan. The handling fee will be 1% of the approved Loan amount.
7. Successful applicants must drawdown the Loan approved by the Bank within the Promotion Period, otherwise, the terms of this Programme (including but not limited to the interest rate) will expire.
8. The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue these Terms and Conditions at anytime without prior notice.
9. In this case of any disputes arising from or in connection within this Programme, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
10. In the case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
