- We support popular browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.
Existing ANZ Internet Banking users logon
- Your logon details remain unchanged. You can continue to use your existing username, password and One-Time Password (OTP) to your registered mobile number to access to ANZ Digital Banking.
New user registration
- If you are not an existing user of our internet banking, now you can register to the new platform by clicking "New user sign-up" at the logon page and register to ANZ Digital Banking in a few simple steps.

What is the difference between the old Internet Banking platform and the new ANZ Digital Banking platform?
A. ANZ Digital Banking will bring you a better online banking experience with a more user-friendly interface and enhanced compatibility supporting various operating systems and internet browsers.
Can I use my existing Username and Password to logon to the new platform?
A. Your logon details remain unchanged. You can continue to use your existing Username, Password and SMS One-Time Password (OTP) that sent to your registered mobile number to access to ANZ Digital Banking.
I want to use the new Digital Banking platform but I have forgotten my existing Username and/or Password. What should I do?
A. If you have forgotten your existing Username, please contact our Digital Banking hotline on +852 2176 8820 for assistance.
If you remember your Username but have forgotten your Password, simply click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the logon page of ANZ Digital Banking to perform a password reset. For security reason, the system will confirm your identity by asking you to enter your personal information before you can reset your new password.
Can I still view my historic transactions in the new Digital Banking platform?
A. Your historic transactions will not be migrated to the new Digital Banking platform. However, the new platform will have up to 6-months of your previous statements available in the eStatement feature for your enquiry. Transactions done between 1 January 2014 and 17 January 2014 will be available in your January statement for your enquiry.
Are all my accounts being shown on the new Digital Banking Platform?
A. Yes, you will be able to view all accounts in the new ANZ Digital Banking. You can also hide some of your accounts via this new platform.
